Education

Ms. Bowler graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Sociology.  After receiving her B.A. degree she attended the University of San Diego, School of law and graduated with a J.D.

Experience

Ms. Bowler was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996.  Shortly thereafter she accepted a position with a leading real estate law firm where she concentrated on landlord/tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. After a brief sabbatical from the law, she took a position with one of the preeminent land title firms in Southern California.   While there she specialized in all matters pertaining to real property and title insurance.  Ms. Bowler also trained and mentored other firm attorneys on title, easement, subdivision, governmental regulation and police powers affecting real property.  In 2006 she launched the firm of Bowler & Associates to provide individualized solutions to real estate, estate planning and bankruptcy matters.
